How to Order
Please READ everything here to understand how my process as a proxy service works. For any questions, please contact me via my Twitter account: vixiiiart.
Every time there is a release of merch, I will put up a form for you to fill up to place your orders. Please make sure to fill them up correctly. I will not be responsible for any mistakes you make especially for the items you want.
After you fill up the form, PLEASE CONTACT ME. Failure to do so might make me miss counting your orders should the forms fail to record your entry. It can happen so let’s not be too complacent.
Please keep a record of your purchases, especially your payments. If you can share in the chat, that would be so much better so we can have a message trail.
I will be tweeting updates about the items. If I haven’t tweeted about it yet, that means the shop hasn’t shipped them yet.
Once the items arrive in my warehouse, please prepare the payment for the international shipping fee or ISF. I will be needing the payment to receive the package once it arrives in the PH.
You can choose to have the items that have arrived shipped to you already or wait for your other items to consolidate.
For me, COMMUNICATION IS KEY. You need to contact me so it is easier for me to keep track of who the buyers are. So please, do not hesitate to message me. Make sure to be polite. Kindness goes a long way.
Shipping Fee Calculation
My warehouse offers both air freight and sea freight. I will decide the best option for shipping the items but it will mostly be sea freight this time since it is so much cheaper.For example, the pillows, marriage certificates and other CNY merch ended up being 65kgs volumetric measurement. Thru air freight it costs 30,000 PHP but thru sea freight it only costs 6,700 PHP.Air freight takes 5-7 business days while sea freight takes 25-30 days. I may decide to use air freight when the items are small and dividing the ISF is affordable. So please just be ready.
Proxy Service
If you have special requests, you can message me. Just make sure you send me the link to a reliable shop or if you can provide me the flagship store link, that’s better. I’ll try my best to get your item.
